community relations and programming manager

With/Creators is a female founded, community-centered, storytelling agency fueled by service. Our small, but mighty team is on a big mission is to amplify untold stories and humanize brands by deepening the relationship they have with their community. Since launching in 2020, we have worked with brands including Netflix, Gucci, BYREDO, Hillman Grad, and more.

We’re looking for a hyper organized, detail oriented, people-loving, purpose driven, intentional Community Relations and Programming Manager to help us continue to serve our mission. This is a contractor role and you will be responsible for leading community relations and programming activities across the With/Creators portfolio.

Compensation + Time Commitment 

Compensation is based on experience. We offer flexible working hours based on a 4-day work week, with a few exceptions because #serviceindustry.

Additional Benefits

Paid sick days (8 days per calendar year)

Paid during office closures (3x per year)

Hourly and day rate pay for projects outside of retainer clients (determined case by case)

Responsibilities

• Admin Support: creating and developing one sheets, decks, client documents, salesforce management, email/crm (customer relationship management), workflow.

• Community Relations: supporting internal community management through email, crm etc., to ensure smooth experience, leading customer and client experience through improved communications externally and internally. 

• Programming: lead, develop and manage programming and cultural calendar.

• Production: support and lead production for programming and external projects.

• Project Management: support external projects as the project manager, laying the foundation for successful development and execution of events and experiences outside of retainer clients.

• Partnerships: support outreach and development of perks and meaningful partnerships for current clients and With/Creators.
